Fundraising

Funds supporting the Lake Tahoe Educational Foundation are raised through Snow Sports Week in February, an annual mail solicitation in May, the Digital Photo Institute in June, Viva Tahoe -Spanish Summer Kids' Camp in August, and our major fundraiser, the Food Fest in October. The Foundation also appreciates local business partners and supporters.

Additional fundraising opportunities include, but aren't limited to:

• Sponsorship of one of our events, such as Food Fest
• Direct support to the Foundation, such as cash or services
• Select an area of support, such as a school, program or subject
• Creation of a designated fund through the Foundation
• Sponsorship or creation of an event to support the Foundation
