The Lake Tahoe Educational Foundation is pleased to announce
the availability of enrichment grant applications for the
2012-2013 year. This year the Foundation has changed the
period for the acceptance of grant applications to twice
a year.
- Fall applications are due on October 12, 2012
- Spring applications are due on March 8, 2013
The twice a year cycle period was implemented to allow
a more equitable and efficient distribution of LTEF funds.
Over the past years the LTEF has funded numerous grants
that have supported outstanding programs in all LTUSD schools.
Last year the grants funded Anti-Bullying Programs, Enrichment
Clubs, Mad Science Program, Music Visiting Professors, Outdoor
Winter Education, Sphere of Influence, and Teen Truth Anti-Bullying
Programs for a total of over $50,000.
