Involved
The Lake Tahoe Educational Foundation is funded solely by individual and business donations from community members who value education. If you would like to contribute to the LTEF Enrichment Program or if you would like to become involved with LTEF in some other capacity, please contact us with your request and contact information.
Support
LTEF
Funds supporting the Lake Tahoe Educational Foundation are raised through annual mail solicitations and our fundraising events throughout the year. The Foundation also appreciates local business partners and supporters.

Future Teacher Scholarship

Invitations to apply for the 2026-27 award year will be sent out to eligible future educators in March.
​
During the 2024-25 school year, LTEF identified over a dozen current LTUSD employees at various stages of their educational journey to becoming certificated teachers and invited them to apply. Seven were selected and awarded a total of over $20,000 in scholarship assistance for 2025-26.
